Courtical Hoops was originally mindset based training. But over the decade, Founder Daniel Kumasaka, decided that in order to have the best competition mind, you have to use the best resources available to you. So from after receiving persona mentorship from: Doc Sceppler, Nick Curson, Tom Curtiss and Pete Newell Jr, he began to design a holistic approach to training.
